Brickwork Inspection
Stage 2
Your building's frame and brickwork do much more than hold up your roof.
It's why we conduct a thorough inspection of the dimensions, connections and general construction of your timber and brickwork to the relevant Australian standards.

Roof Structure Inspection
Stage 3
A roof inspection is a critical inspection that ensures the structural stability of your home.
We physically get inside of your roof structure to confirm its structurally sound and has been constructed to AS1684.2.
This stage is completed before the roof cover goes on.

Fast, efficient, friendly and thorough. We went with their premium bundle for peace of mind and got lots of photos along with the inspection report. Thankfully our house had only very minor issues, many of which were just maintenance to attend to in the coming years. I liked how they moisture tested the walls around the showers; they discovered a couple of totally invisible leaks which I'll be able to seal as soon as we move in. I'd happily engage them again next time we're buying.

Ben and Lauren were great and easy to work with.
