Being a interstate(NSW) investor i needed to know my property was getting built to standard and the builder held accountable for their work. THI has been eyes n ears during the construction stages. They offer a fully package from slab to PCI (5 stages ) at a very reasonable price.
After receiving each report, i could ring up Ben (the inspector) to go thru the report and we would highlight any concerns that i can raise with the builder to ensure they knew that i was aware of the building progress.
Ben would then follow up on the issues raised when he completed the next stage inspection.

Ben knowledge and understanding of the building codes and regulations is outstanding, tell me what the issue that was found and what further issues could arise if not addressed asap.

Having THI team in my corner has been reassuring.

They were very timely when requested and delivered reports within 24 hours. The reports included photos, recommended solutions and commentary around consequences.
I will use them again in future if need to and highly recommend.

It gave me a peace of mind knowing someone like Ben (who is both knowledgeable, professional and approachable) was there to help me during our PCI inspection. The report was detailed and concise, and they also gave it to us same day as our actual inspection.
